Schindergraben

The Schindergraben (Schintergraben) is located in Güssing, has its origin at the Punitzer Straße, flows along Punitzer Straße, crosses Mühlengrund and Bahnhofstraße and flows into in former times near the city fire brigade Güssing (Weidengasse) left bank into the Strem. In the course of flood protection, the inflow to the Strem was moved further downstream. The construction and diversion of the Schindergraben cost around 2.6 million euros.
